This Privacy Policy describes how the Notesea mobile application handles your information.
We are deeply committed to protecting your privacy. The App is specifically designed to be an offline-first service and, by design, does not collect any personal data. This policy is intended to be transparent and comply with Google Play Store requirements.

Our App's core functionality is based on maximum privacy, meaning we do not collect any user information. Specifically:

Your Control: Your data remains under your exclusive control and is governed by your device’s security features.
4. Interaction with Storage (for PDF Export)
Notesea does not request any special permissions from the user, such as access to your photos, contacts, or general files. Crucially, we do not request broad access to Read, Write, or Manage your device's external storage.
However, to enable the "Export to PDF" feature, the application interacts with your device's storage in a limited and secure way:
Temporary File Creation: When you export a folder, a PDF file is created and temporarily saved in the application's own private cache directory. This directory is only accessible to the Notesea app and does not require general storage access permission.
Opening the File: The app then uses a file opener service to allow you to open this temporarily saved PDF with a PDF viewer app of your choice (e.g., Google Drive PDF Viewer, Adobe Acrobat, etc.).
This process is entirely secure. The application does not read, modify, or delete any other personal files from your device's storage. When you are done, your device's operating system will automatically clear this temporary file from the cache over time.
5. How We Use Your Information
Since we do not collect any personal information, we do not use your information in any way, for any purpose, including for analytics, marketing, or app functionality.
All App features (like note creation, editing, formatting, search, and local file export) operate entirely offline and on-device.
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any information with third parties. As no personal data is collected, there is no data to share.
7. Data Security and Retention
Security
Your data is stored locally in your local storage on your device. Since the App does not transmit your data over the internet, your information is protected from online interception risks. Data security relies on the standard security measures of your mobile operating system.

All data created in the App is retained on your device indefinitely until you choose to delete it. You have full control over your data:
