Introduction
Thanks for visiting Ai card! The way we handle data in our app is described in this Privacy Policy. We do not do this in order to invade your privacy. Ai card is a simple, offline notebook that helps you to create, store, and categorize notes about various AI tools ("Ai card").We are transparent: Ai card does not collect, store, and/or transmit your personal data whatsoever. All your work is just on your machine.
Data on Data Collection.
We would like to clarify what information we do not receive about you:Personal Information: We do not demand any personal information such your name, email address, phone number and location.
User-Generated Content: When you enter add notes, folders, and pictures inside the app, they are saved on the local drive of your device. We cannot access it, synchronize it, or store it in any remote servers.
Usage Analytics: The app does not have any tracking or analytics tools. We do not monitor how you use the application, on which features you rely, and how often.
Device Data: We do not collect data about your device such as model, operating system, or similar identifiers.
The Process of Information Usage and Storage.
Local Storage: All the information that you add to Ai cards: notes, descriptions, links, images, and foldering, is now stored in the local storage on your device in the app itself. This is as safe as your device.Offline Capabilities: The application is completely offline. The information is not connected to the internet and is not lost at all.
Storage (pdf Export) Interaction
Ai card does not request any special permissions from the user, such as access to your photos, contacts, or general files.
However, to enable the "Export to PDF" feature, the application interacts with your device's storage in a limited and secure way:
Temporary File Creation: When you export a folder, a PDF file is created and temporarily saved in the application's own private cache directory. This directory is only accessible to the Ai card app and does not require general storage access permission.
Opening the File: The app then uses a file opener service to allow you to open this temporarily saved PDF with a PDF viewer app of your choice (e.g., Google Drive PDF Viewer, Adobe Acrobat, etc.).
This process is entirely secure. The application does not read, modify, or delete any other personal files from your device's storage. When you are done, your device's operating system will automatically clear this temporary file from the cache over time.
Third-Party Services
Ai card is a standalone app. There is no third party service, such as ad network, analytics provider, or social logins. Therefore, there is no sharing of information to any third parties.Children’s Privacy
Our app can be safely used by people of all age groups, including children. The app works completely offline and does not collect, store, or share any kind of personal information or online data from users. Since it functions without internet access or user accounts, we have no way to identify or track the age or identity of any user. This makes the app safe and privacy-friendly for everyone.
Data Deletion
The data is fully in your control. It is possible to delete certain notes or even entire folders within the application at any point. No matter whether you delete Ai card app or not, all the relevant information stored on your device will be permanently deleted.Revisions to This Privacy Policy.
